The pool is open from May through September. Guests have exclusive 24/7 use. The pool dimensions are 75' x 25'. It is 2.5 feet at the shallow end and 5 feet at the deep end. There is an in-ground grill, lounge chairs, and 2 umbrella tables.

The Williamson Amphitheater in the woods seats 120-140 and has a 16' w x 10' d stage, electrical outlets, rear and stage lighting
