Couples that book Camp Oak Hill for at least two nights may hold Wedding ceremonies and receptions as part of their camping experience.
Camp Oak Hill offers its guests exclusive use of the entire Camp Oak Hill property and all indoor and outdoor rental facilities.
Wedding ceremonies may be held anywhere on Camp Oak Hill property, but couples typically take advantage of the Williamson Amphitheater in the woods. The 120-140 seat amphitheater is beautifully set under a canopy of trees.
Weddings may be held any day of the week. Unlike most wedding venues, we allow plenty of time for setting up before your big day, and we do not rush you to leave. We do not impose any set arrival or departure times.
Both 30′ x 30′ and 40′ x 40′ tents are available for rent through Camp Oak Hill. We use Tents for You in Lancaster, PA. They also rent other wedding supplies such as tables and chairs. Payment by check for rentals can be included in the balance due on the date of arrival.
The cost for making the minimum two-night reservation at Camp Oak Hill for a wedding of 60 or more guests is $7,000 plus a 7% PA occupancy tax. The cost for weddings with fewer than 60 guests is $5,000 plus a 7% PA occupancy tax. A deposit of $2,000 is required to secure the reservation.
